1. Definitions
Trip My Bharat refers to our travel planning and booking services. Guest refers to the traveller or person making an enquiry or booking. Booking means a confirmed request for a tour, transport, accommodation or related travel service.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed after the required advance is received and Trip My Bharat issues a written confirmation or digital voucher showing the route, inclusions, pickup details and confirmed services.
3. Prices & Payments
A 50% advance is normally required to reserve confirmed travel services. The remaining balance follows the schedule in the written confirmation, usually before departure or at the start of the tour. Verified options may include UPI, bank transfer, card or cash.
4. Amendments & Cancellations by You
For a cancellation received 48 hours or more before departure, the eligible advance is refundable after a 5% processing fee and non-refundable supplier deductions. With 24 to 48 hours notice, up to 50% of the eligible advance may be refunded. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show is non-refundable. Peak-date supplier terms may be stricter when disclosed before booking.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method. Bank, payment-gateway and non-refundable supplier charges may be deducted where applicable.
6. Amendments by Trip My Bharat
Sometimes itinerary adjustments may be required due to weather, traffic, local restrictions, temple timing changes or supplier availability. We will suggest the best practical alternative.
7. Liability & Insurance
We coordinate services with transport, hotel and local partners. Travellers are advised to carry suitable travel insurance and personal documents.
8. Health & Safety
Guests should ensure they are fit for the selected tour and follow local rules, guide instructions and temple etiquette during travel.
