Welcome to TripMyBharat. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking of tours and related services. By using our website or booking a tour with TripMyBharat, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“We/Us/TripMyBharat” means TripMyBharat and its affiliates. “You/Guest” means the person or party making a booking or using our services. “Booking” means a reservation for a tour, accommodation, transport or other travel service made through TripMyBharat.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and TripMyBharat’s confirmation.
- Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm availability and send a booking confirmation by email. The booking is only confirmed when you receive that confirmation.
- You must provide accurate passenger details. We are not responsible for delays, fines or problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.
3. Prices & Payments
- All prices shown on the site are in the currency specified and include the elements described (unless otherwise stated).
- Payment terms vary by package. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking. If full payment is not received within the stated time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- We accept payments via the payment methods displayed at checkout. Card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers — please see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Amendments & Cancellations by You
- Requests for changes or cancellations must be sent to us in writing (email) and are subject to the supplier’s and TripMyBharat’s policies.
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation, the supplier policy, and the specific package booked. Where applicable, cancellation charges will be shown at the time of booking.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, loss or damage.
5. Amendments & Cancellations by TripMyBharat
- Occasionally we must make changes to itineraries or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, supplier changes). We will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives where feasible.
- If we cancel your booking, our liability is limited to refunding the amounts you have paid for the affected services. We will not be liable for consequential or indirect losses.
6. Liability & Insurance
- TripMyBharat acts as an agent for suppliers (hotels, transport operators, guides). We exercise reasonable care in selecting suppliers, but we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for their actions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripMyBharat’s liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
- You should obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, personal injury, medical costs, loss/theft of belongings, and other contingencies.
7. Health & Safety
- You must ensure you are medically fit for any activities you join. Some tours (treks, adventure activities) may have medical or fitness prerequisites.
- It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents (passports, visas) and comply with entry/health requirements for all destinations.
8. Passenger Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any passenger whose behaviour is likely to endanger others or cause distress. In such cases, no refunds will be given and additional costs (repatriation, accommodation, transport) are the responsibility of the passenger.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on TripMyBharat (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by TripMyBharat. You may not reproduce, distribute or use site content except for personal, non-commercial use or where you have our written permission.
10. Website & Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
11. Privacy
We collect and process personal data to provide booking services and for administration. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking with us you consent to such processing and transfer as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints & Assistance
- If you have a complaint during your trip, please raise it immediately with your local supplier (guide, hotel manager) and with TripMyBharat so we can take prompt action.
- For formal complaints after travel, email info@tripmybharat.com with full details and supporting documents. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and TripMyBharat in relation to bookings and services provided. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
